Biography
Mario Biaggi began his career as a New York City police officer, earning numerous medals for valor before translating that same courage into a long tenure in the United States House of Representatives, where he defended the working families and public servants of the Bronx.
Even after leaving office he continued to champion the causes he believed in, offering guidance to young leaders and staying engaged with the neighborhoods he served before resting at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
