Biography

Martha Loftin Wilson championed causes that empowered women and families, drawing on both faith and education to guide her efforts. She supported missionary work and philanthropic enterprises, believing that service to others helped knit together a stronger society for every citizen.

Wilson remained dedicated to encouraging young women to pursue knowledge and to uphold the communities they cherished. Her life of thoughtful stewardship is commemorated by friends and family in Oakland Cemetery.
