Biography

Mieczysław Pudełko was a Polish lawyer who became a soldier during World War II, joining the Allied forces in their struggle against Nazi Germany. His legal background and commitment to justice drove him to fight for the liberation of occupied Europe and the restoration of democratic principles.

Pudełko was killed in action in 1944 during the intense military campaigns in the Netherlands. His death exemplified the sacrifice made by soldiers from across Europe who fought together for freedom. He is honored at the Arnhem Oosterbeek War Cemetery, remembered for his service and the ultimate price he paid for the cause of liberation.
