Biography
Nikolai Petrowitsch Jepantschin (1787–1872) was a Russian military and administrative figure who served during the reigns of Alexander I and Nicholas I. He participated in the military and governmental affairs of the Russian Empire during a period of significant historical importance.
Jepantschin was interred at the Nikolskoe Cemetery of Alexander Nevsky Lavra in Saint Petersburg, one of the most distinguished burial grounds in Russia, reserved for prominent military and civic leaders.
