Odilon Barrot (1791–1873) was a prominent French politician and statesman whose career significantly influenced nineteenth-century French political life. A leading figure in liberal politics, he championed constitutional governance and played active roles in multiple French governments, contributing substantially to the nation's political development during a period of considerable change.

Barrot's substantial contributions to French politics and governance earned him recognition as one of the notable statesmen of his era. He was laid to rest at Père Lachaise Cemetery, the final resting place of many of France's most distinguished political and cultural figures.
