Biography
Born in 1894, Oliver McBride entered military service as the war intensified, sharing in the determination of his contemporaries to see the conflict through to its end.
He fell in 1917 and is remembered on the Tyne Cot Memorial, a place of reflection for those who gave their lives in that fateful year.
