Biography
Ondřej Lazányi (1758–1835) was a parson who served his community during a period of significant religious and political change in Central Europe. His ministry spanned the late 18th and early 19th centuries, encompassing the upheavals of the Napoleonic era and the subsequent restoration of traditional institutions.
As a Protestant clergyman, Lazányi maintained his pastoral duties and spiritual leadership through decades of transformation. He was interred in the Protestant cemetery in Horní Dubenky, a final resting place reflecting his dedication to his faith and his community.
