Peter Buol

Biography

Peter Buol helped found modern Las Vegas and became the first mayor to oversee its incorporation, guiding utilities and rail links while championing newcomers.

He later settled in Southern California, remaining proud of the desert city he nurtured and resting in Inglewood Park Cemetery among those who remembered his civic drive.
