Biography

Razhden Arsenidze (1880–1965) was a devoted Georgian statesman whose work during the brief independence of his homeland was guided by a passion for constitutionalism and civic responsibility.

He spent his final years among compatriots in Leuville-sur-Loire and now rests at the Leuville Cemetery, where the Georgian community still remembers the clarity of his convictions.
