Biography
Rudolf Novák (1858–1912) lived through much of the nineteenth century and into the early twentieth, witnessing the industrial transformation of Central Europe. His life spanned decades of cultural and social development in the region.
He was interred in Olšany Cemetery in Prague, one of the city's most important burial grounds, where he remains among many others who shaped the history of the Czech lands.
