Rudolph B. Welch

Biography

Rudolph B. Welch, born in 1850, called Topeka home during the years when the city was shaping a new identity, and he offered his skills and encouragement to the people around him.

He is remembered for the way he balanced perseverance with kindness, bringing others along with him until his passing in 1906.
