Rudolph Kleberg

Biography

Rudolph Kleberg studied law and emerged as a prominent voice for Texas in the national arena, winning election to the U.S. House of Representatives where he served through the 1890s. In Congress he argued for the interests of his constituents and was known for a steady temperament during a time of rapid economic change.
