Samuel White

Biography

Samuel White (1770–1809) lived during the Revolutionary and early American periods, his life spanning from 1770 to 1809. Though his years were relatively brief, he was part of the generation that came of age during the founding of the nation and the establishment of its early institutions.

Samuel White's memory is preserved at Old Swedes Churchyard, a place of rest that honors his place within his family and community during the formative years of the American Republic.
