Sara Bernsdorff

Biography

Sara Bernsdorff lived during a transformative period in Berlin's Jewish community. Her life spanned the latter half of the eighteenth century, a time of gradual social change and emerging opportunities for Jewish residents in Prussia.

She was laid to rest at the Jüdischer Friedhof Berlin-Mitte, one of Berlin's significant Jewish burial grounds, where her memory is preserved among the community she called home.
