Stephen Minot Weld (1806–1867) was a member of a prominent New England family during the nineteenth century. He lived through a period of significant social and economic change in the United States.

Weld was buried at Forest Hills Cemetery in Boston, one of the most distinguished cemeteries in New England. His life reflects the experiences of his social class and era.
