Biography
Thomas Rice Charles was a man of the late 18th and early 19th centuries, living during a period of considerable change and development in Wales and Britain. He was part of a family with strong religious connections and community standing.
He lived from 1781 to 1819, his life commemorated at St Beuno's Church. Though his years were relatively brief, he left his mark upon his community and family, remembered through his burial place and the records of those who knew him.
