Biography
Tiberius Cavallo (1749–1809) was an Italian-born physicist and natural philosopher who made significant contributions to the study of electricity and atmospheric phenomena during the eighteenth century. His scientific investigations and publications advanced contemporary understanding of physical principles and experimental methodology.
Cavallo's work exemplified the spirit of scientific inquiry that characterized the Enlightenment era. Though born in Italy, he spent much of his career in England, where he engaged with the leading scientific minds of his time. His legacy as a physicist is preserved in the annals of scientific history, and he was laid to rest at St Pancras Old Church in Camden.
