Victorine du Pont Bauduy, born in 1792, was a devoted family member of the du Pont household, offering care to the children and guests who passed through the manufactory’s homes and sustaining the family’s commitment to industry and charity.

She quietly supported educational efforts, managed the comforting details of domestic life, and her gentle presence strengthened the du Pont circle until her death in 1861.
