Biography
Viktor Ivanovitsj Fjodorov was a Soviet revolutionary and intelligence operative who served the Soviet state during its formative years. He was dedicated to revolutionary ideals and state security.
Fjodorov was executed at the Kommunarka shooting ground in 1938, a victim of the Great Purge's persecution of revolutionary figures and security personnel.
