Vincent Drucci (1901-1927), known as 'The Schemer,' was a figure in Chicago’s early 20th-century history whose actions reflected both ambition and the pressures of a tumultuous era. He was involved with the North Side Gang and navigated the complex alliances and rivalries of Prohibition-era Chicago.
