Vladislav Rybka (1871–1920) was a Czech geodesist whose technical expertise contributed to the scientific advancement of his nation. His work in geodesy represented the growing importance of precise measurement and cartographic science in the early 20th century.
Rybka was interred in Brno Central Cemetery, one of Moravia's most significant burial grounds. His contributions to geodetic science remain part of the Czech scientific heritage.
