Biography
William Mordaunt Marsh Edwards was known among his fellow servicemen for his calm authority and the thoughtful care he brought to each assignment, whether on parade or in the field.
He took an active interest in charitable causes in his later years, and after his death in 1912 he was laid to rest in St. George's Churchyard.
