Biography

William T. Zenor, born in 1846, practiced law and engaged in public life with a thoughtful conviction that justice and fairness should guide every decision. His efforts before the bar and in the halls of government were always undergirded by a faithfulness to the everyday people he represented.

Zenor’s legacy is preserved not only in the records of Cedar Hill Cemetery but also in the continuing strides toward better governance that he helped shape.
