Biography
Wim van der Mheen was a courageous resistance fighter who stood against tyranny during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. Born in 1923, he joined the underground movement as a young man, risking everything for the cause of freedom and liberation.
His brave resistance work came to an end in 1945, and he was laid to rest at Ede Memorial Cemetery. Van der Mheen's sacrifice remains a testament to the determination of those who fought for Dutch independence and the restoration of peace.
