Biography

Iosif Frantsevich Sivitsky was a military leader respected for his strategic mind and unwavering devotion to those he commanded. His leadership was defined by a calm authority and a willingness to share in the hardships faced by his troops.

After migrating to France, he remained a pillar for the émigré community, and his memory is honored in the Russian Orthodox Cemetery in Nice where he found final rest.
