Biography

Aaron Dexter was born in 1750 and devoted his life to the medical profession during a formative period in American healthcare. As a physician, he contributed to the advancement of medical knowledge and practice in New England during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries.

Dr. Aaron Dexter was respected for his medical expertise and commitment to his profession during a time when American medicine was developing its own identity and standards. He passed away in 1829 and was interred in Mount Auburn Cemetery, a fitting resting place for a man of his professional standing and contributions to his community.
