Biography
Annette Frances Braun, a pioneering entomologist at the University of Cincinnati, spent decades cataloging the tiny moths of North America and authored exhaustive monographs on nearly 600 species of microlepidoptera.
She inspired fellow scientists with her patient fieldwork, meticulous illustrations, and generosity in sharing specimens and knowledge, leaving a scientific legacy long celebrated at Spring Grove Cemetery.
