Charles Parlange

Biography

Charles Parlange (1851–1907) served as a jurist and public servant with a perceptive mind and an unwavering respect for the law. Through every trial and deliberation, he kept the welfare of the people of Louisiana at the fore, guiding decisions with humanity and clear judgment.
