Biography
Fanny Kekelaokalani was a member of the Hawaiian royal family who lived during the early nineteenth century. Born in 1806, she witnessed the transformation of the Hawaiian Islands and played a role in the royal court of her era.
As Hawaiian royalty, Kekelaokalani held an important position in the kingdom's social structure. She was interred in the Royal Mausoleum of Hawaii, the sacred burial place of Hawaii's royal lineage.
