Biography

Frank Kapral exemplified the finest traditions of the U.S. Army, combining perseverance with a deep commitment to his fellow soldiers. His leadership brought out the best in each unit he commanded.

Even beyond uniformed duty, he remained a mentor and inspiration to those aspiring to serve. His memory is preserved at Arlington National Cemetery, where he rests among fellow defenders of the nation.
