Frank William Fox

Biography

Frank William Fox (1887–1929) walked faithfully through a life shaped by the hopes of a new century and the communities surrounding Prospect Hill Cemetery. He carried with him the optimism of a younger generation and strove continually to uplift his circles through diligence and good humor.
