George Boardman

Biography

George Boardman answered the call to missions with courage, spending decades abroad sharing educational and spiritual resources with communities that welcomed him. He reported faithfully on the lives of citizens overseas, inspiring supporters at home to share in the global mission.

When he returned to Philadelphia he continued to encourage young ministers and missionaries, using The Woodlands as a place of rest and reflection, and he is buried there where his life of service is honored.
