George Riddle

Biography

George Riddle, born in 1851, was devoted to the rhythms of everyday work and to the friendships he formed along the way. He was regarded as a reliable member of his community, always ready to lend encouragement or share a steady hand with neighbors in need.

He died in 1910 and was laid to rest at Mount Auburn Cemetery, where the serenity of the grounds invites reflection on the thoughtful presence he offered to those around him. His memory lives on in the many small kindnesses he showed.
