Horace Hale

Biography

Horace Hale (1786–1843) was a man of the early nineteenth century, carrying forward the traditions and values of his family and community. He lived during a period of continued American expansion and development.

Hale's fifty-seven years were marked by his presence in the lives of those around him. He was interred at Green Cemetery, where his grave reflects the respect accorded to him by his family and neighbors.
