Jesse Appleton

Biography

Jesse Appleton was born in 1772 and came of age during the founding period of the United States. His life was lived during the early years of American independence and the establishment of new institutions and communities.

Appleton was laid to rest at Pine Grove Cemetery in 1819. His memory is preserved within the historical records of his community.
