Biography
Koen Rozendaal was a Dutch resistance fighter who dedicated his life to opposing Nazi occupation during World War II. Operating within the clandestine networks that emerged across the Netherlands, he worked tirelessly to undermine German control and support those persecuted by the regime.
His courageous efforts in the resistance movement came at great personal cost. Rozendaal was killed in 1944, sacrificing his life in the struggle for Dutch freedom and independence. He remains honored at the Dutch Honorary Cemetery in Bloemendaal as a testament to the bravery of those who resisted tyranny.
