Biography
Levie Peper was born in 1883 and devoted much of his life to public service as a politician in the Netherlands. He witnessed tremendous changes in European society throughout his lifetime, from the early twentieth century through the tumultuous World War II era.
Peper's legacy as a public servant is honored at the Dutch Honorary Cemetery in Bloemendaal, where he was laid to rest following his death in 1942. His commitment to his community and nation during challenging times remains part of the historical record of the Netherlands.
