Biography
Menahem Mendel Beilis survived the infamous blood libel trial in Kiev and afterward devoted himself to honest labor in the United States, determined to rebuild his life with dignity.
He spent his later days in Chicago, counseling those who faced injustice and sharing his story as a caution against prejudice, before resting in Mount Carmel Cemetery.
