Biography
Nathaniel P. Hill combined technical skill with public service, rising from engineer to U.S. Senator as he shaped Colorado's mining industry and advocated for responsible development on behalf of its citizens.
Laying aside politics, he remained engaged in philanthropy and in the lives of the community, and today his legacy is honored at Fairmount Cemetery as a model of civic commitment.
