Biography

Olin Earl Teague brought the values of Texas to the halls of Congress, earning the trust of his constituents through steady leadership and an unwavering focus on veterans. Over more than three decades in office he became a tireless advocate for those who had served, helping to expand medical care and benefits across the country.

Retiring in 1981, he left behind a legacy of compassion for service members and remains in the hearts of Texans who relied on his clear guidance; his final resting place is Arlington National Cemetery.
