Biography

Oscar Koch devoted his Army career to understanding battlefield intelligence, serving through both world wars and shaping the way armored and corps commanders gathered and assessed information before and after combat.

His calm judgment and mentorship left a mark on generations of intelligence officers, and he now rests among fellow soldiers at Arlington National Cemetery.
