Biography
Robert Swain Peabody partnered in the firm of Peabody and Stearns, designing libraries, clubhouses, and commercial blocks that defined Boston's late Victorian skyline.
He also guided younger architects through professional societies, supported art and preservation projects, and visited Mount Auburn to reflect on the interplay of architecture and landscape.
