Stanley E. Bowdle

Biography

Stanley E. Bowdle pursued the law in Cincinnati before winning election to the United States House of Representatives, where he carried his sense of fairness into debates on tariff reform and municipal concerns.

Returning home after his term, he practiced law with a focus on mentoring younger lawyers and supported charitable and veterans' organizations, and the city remembers him with a place of honor at Spring Grove Cemetery.
