Biography
Stanley Eric Reinhart dedicated decades to the United States Army, entering service before World War I and rising through the ranks as the nation faced the upheavals of the mid twentieth century. His leadership on training fields and in overseas posts helped prepare soldiers for the complex operations that defined the Second World War and its aftermath.
Even after retirement he stayed close to the West Point community, offering counsel and encouragement to younger officers while finding rest in the cemetery that honors so many of the Academy's graduates.
