Thomas C. Catchings

Biography

Thomas C. Catchings studied law and stepped into public service as a representative for Mississippi in the U.S. House, where he advocated for the interests of his constituents and earned a reputation for conscientious policymaking.

After leaving Congress he continued to champion the needs of his community, and his career of service is commemorated at Cedar Hill Cemetery, where he rests in dignity.
