Biography
Boris Aronson (1899–1980) brought modernist flair to Broadway, winning Tony Awards for the bold, textured environments he created for Fiddler on the Roof, Cabaret, and numerous other landmark productions.
His collaborations with composers and choreographers made every production a canvas of emotion, and the artistry he left behind still inspires designers resting at Oak Hill Cemetery.
