Biography

Charles Dryden became one of the celebrated Tuskegee Airmen, rising through the ranks of the Army Air Forces to fly missions that shattered stereotypes and opened the skies to future pilots of every background.

He remained a dedicated ambassador for aviation history, mentoring young people and sharing the lessons of determination that kept him close to the hearts of fellow airmen until his interment at Arlington National Cemetery.
