Edward Hatch

Biography

Edward Hatch rose through the ranks of the Army to become a trusted cavalry officer whose actions helped preserve order during the nation’s most turbulent years.

He continued to serve with distinction until his closing years and was laid to rest at Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery in 1889, remembered for his steady hand.
