Biography

Edward St. Loe Livermore was a prominent figure in early Boston society during the late eighteenth and early nineteenth centuries. He lived a full life spanning seven decades, witnessing the transformation of the young American republic.

His legacy rests in the Granary Burying Ground, one of Boston's most historic cemeteries, where he was laid to rest among other notable citizens of his era.
