William Sullivan

Biography

William Sullivan was a lawyer whose legal practice and counsel contributed to the development of Boston's civic and commercial institutions during the early nineteenth century. His professional expertise and advocacy reflected the growing sophistication of American jurisprudence in the post-revolutionary era.

Sullivan's contributions to the law and his community are remembered at the Granary Burying Ground, where he was laid to rest in 1839.
